The headboard light will not turn on. What do I do?
In the canals suite the arched headboard is switched from the wall, beside the bed.
Is there hot water in the shower?
The apartment has no central hot water system. The shower heats the water electrically, so set the temperature at the shower itself.
Can I drink the tap water?
The apartment has a water filter, and that is what we drink from. Use it for drinking and for cooking.
Where do I put the rubbish?
The bins are next to the front desk.
Can I have visitors?
Short visits are fine, with notice in advance and their details and photos sent over for reception to register. Overnight guests who are not on the booking are not allowed, and the limit is 4 people.
Can I stay longer than a month?
You can. The apartment accepts stays of 28 nights or more. Message us and we will work out the details.
What if I leave something behind?
Message us as soon as you notice. We will keep it safe and agree the best way to get it back to you.
